Training Updates
Training is going extremely well for the Better Body team. The member journals are looking good as everyone is working hard to reach their goals. A few of the local guys joined us for a strongman training session earlier today and we had the dungeon rocking! Congratulations to everyone who met their goal on the log press. The progress we watched all of you make this year is incredible. Talk about "real people, real results" - this is it! See you next week.
